Designed and implemented a personal relationship management solution for Lloyds TSB's high value customer base. Led technology strategy for NatWest card services. Implemented the first transactional online insurance solution in the world, the first Java based banking solution in the UK and the first truly multi-channel banking platforms. Developed and delivered online commerce strategies for 23 banks and 11 insurance companies. Pioneered a multi-channel online voting system for demonstration to English and Scottish Parliaments, as featured on Tomorrow's World.

Former Chief Technology Officer and a main board director of Staffware Plc from August 1992 until acquired by Tibco in 2004. As CTO for Staffware Jon has been heavily involved in PLC board activities including merges and acquisitions, corporate governance, and was board director of several subsidiaries. In addition, Jon is an exceptional technician with vast experience in product development, product strategy and positioning.

Achievements:
Jon joined Staffware in 1992 as the Technical Director, it was a privately held company employing approximately 18 people with an annual turnover of around £1.2 million - during Jon's tenure with the company, it was taken public by floating on the London Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 1995 followed by a full listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2000. The company has achieved year on year growth of more than 50% (CAGR) and now employs some 350 people in 16 countries with £40 million turn over. Profitable every year.
