Mike Williams
CEO

Mike has over 25 years experience in the software and services industry helping a number of Global Brands dominate in their markets.
Mike was instrumental in the success of Computer Aided Design and Software Engineering (CAD and CASE) in the late 80’s and early 90’s; contributing 17.5% of the global turnover for a US CASE product company. It was in the mid 90’s, when working for Steve Jobs in the pioneering days of the internet, that Mike was inspired to simplify the creation of online commerce propositions. Mike founded UK’s leading online commerce company, growing revenues to 21 million euros in 4 years.

Dharmesh has supported financial services organisations with technology and management expertise for over 20 years.
Development and consultancy in the automation of Lloyds TSB's branch offices and re-engineering the bank's core business processes. Designed and implemented a personal relationship management solution for Lloyds TSB's high value customer base. Led technology strategy for NatWest card services. Implemented the first transactional online insurance solution in the world, the first Java based banking solution in the UK and the first truly multi-channel banking platforms. Developed and delivered online commerce strategies for 23 banks and 11 insurance companies. Pioneered a multi-channel online voting system for demonstration to English and Scottish Parliaments, as featured on Tomorrow's World.

Lord Razzall now runs a corporate finance firm with significant expertise in the technology sectors. He is the Liberal Democrat Front Bench Spokesman on Trade and Industry.

Frans Putker

Frans Putker moved to Favonius mid-2006 as part of the team which is managing the ABN AMRO IT portfolio. At Favonius Putker assumed responsibility for a number of the Favonius portfolio companies, including Board positions.
In 2000 Putker joined ABN AMRO Capital where he was part of the newly founded IT team. In that capacity he was responsible for the whole range of investment management activities such as the sourcing of deals, structuring and leading of investments, arranging add-on financings for portfolio companies, acting in Boards of portfolio companies and subsequent selling of the companies. Putker realised a number of successful exits.
Before joining ABN AMRO Capital Putker worked from 1994 to 2000 at the Corporate Banking Department of ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, the Netherlands where he was responsible for several key accounts of the bank. His responsibilities included selling the whole spectrum of banking products ranging from sophisticated interest rate swaps to structured shipping financings.
In 1988 he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Economics from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After his academic years Putker was a Deputy Commander of the Staff Battery of the 101st Department Field Artillery.

Wendy Corman

Prior to joining edge IPK, Wendy was most recently the founder of Corman Consulting where she worked with software companies in evaluating and opening new markets. She is probably best known in the industry for her seven years with Duck Creek Technologies where she was Senior Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing and was instrumental in driving the company’s impressive growth.
Earlier in her career Wendy served as Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions at Forsurance, an internet-based insurance exchange sponsored by Chubb Insurance Company and Goldman Sachs. She began her career designing software applications, reengineering workflows and systems, developing Internet solutions and managing a variety of IT functions for insurance carriers.
Wendy has always been drawn to high-energy companies with ambitious goals. She brings the natural drive and incisive perceptions that forge productive partnerships.

Wendy Smyth

Wendy, a qualified accountant, worked for 18 years in the media/advertising industry, including six years as Finance Director of Saatchi and Saatchi. She has considerable experience of fundraising, acquisitions and disposals, and has worked in the US and Europe. She is a Non-Executive Director and consultant.
Saw Saatchi and Saatchi through considerable financial difficulties and back to financial health, then through a demerger process which culminated in the successful sale of the company. |
